Introducing The SpinField Disc

The SpinField Discs (SFD) was invented by Dr. Arthur B. Flick, a distinguished orthopedic surgeon with over 40 years of experience developing noninvasive healing technologies. Dr. Flick discovered that the SFD uniquely interacts with the body's vital life force energy, also known as Chi/Qi, which flows through life’s biosystems to significantly reduce pain and inflammation.

Inspired by Nature

The SFD design was inspired by natural patterns, including plants, trees, animals, weather systems and galaxies. The symmetrical  curvilinear designs are derived from natural mathematical ratios found in the spirals on a conch shell, the Milky Way galaxy, pinecones, the inner ear cochlea and the formation of hurricanes and typhoons.

Less Pain, Less Inflammation, More Living!

When placed in direct contact with the skin, the SFD stimulates the free

nerve endings of un-myelinated nerve fibers in the epidermis,

originating from the dermal nerve plexus. This interaction is

believed to help reduce the inflammatory response.

Drawing from these natural designs, the SFD was created as a three- dimensional pattern on plexiglass discs.

the SFD has effects similar to acupuncture in reducing the key signs of inflammation: pain, swelling, heat and redness by:

  • Stimulating the release of endorphins, serotonin and other neurochemicals

  • Influencing both the central and peripheral nervous systems, modifying pain signals and improving function

  • Enhancing blood flow to targeted areas, promoting tissue repair and reducing inflammation

Clinical Effectiveness

The application of the SFD has been shown to effectively reduce the key signs of inflammation: pain, swelling, redness and heat. Patients with pain in the following areas showed significant relief with use of the SFD’s.
